Our low-impact cardio and strength training format is beginner-friendly and easy on the joints, with StairMaster-based workouts and guided resistance training that meet you where you are. It’s safe, smart training for men and women of all ages, including those returning to fitness after a break.
Bring water, wear supportive sneakers, and get ready to sweat. We provide all the equipment you need for our StairMaster + strength sessions. You can buy a resistance band to bring to every class, or rent one each time for $5. You’ll want to wear moisture-wicking workout gear that lets you move comfortably.
Yes—our low-impact workouts are designed to support you through every chapter. Many of our moves are pregnancy-safe and postpartum-friendly, with modifications provided by trained instructors. Always consult your doctor before beginning any new workout, and let your coach know if you’re expecting or recently gave birth so we can tailor the class to your needs.
