Do I need bands for class?

Yes — our two-band system is essential to the BOOTIQUE method and used in nearly every class for activation, strength, and stability work.

Absolutely. Bands can be rented in-studio for $4 per class, which includes both the ankle warm-up band and the over-the-knee strength band.

Yes! You can purchase a full band set for $25, which includes both bands used in class. If you prefer to bring your own, you’re free to do so.

Yes — Founding Glutes Club members receive a complimentary set of BOOTIQUE bands with their membership. Non-members may purchase or rent bands as needed.

Yes! Whether you’re dropping in or taking your very first class as a member, your first class includes free bands.

No problem. You can rent a set for $4 at check-in. Many members choose to purchase a set so they never have to worry about forgetting them.

Each band serves a purpose:

  • Ankle Band: Activates your glutes and stabilizers in the warm-up.

  • Over-the-Knee Band: Adds targeted resistance during strength blocks and lower-body sequences.
