1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how BOOTIQUE Fitness (“BOOTIQUE”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit bootiquefit.com (the “Site”), book a class, buy a membership or package, use our mobile app, or otherwise interact with us.

BOOTIQUE Fitness is responsible for your personal information as described in this policy. You can reach us at:

By using the Site or our services, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information from third parties.

Information you give us

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and login details when you create a Glofox account, book a class, join our newsletter, or download our app.
• Booking and membership details: classes booked, attendance, memberships, class packs and purchase history.
• Payment details: card or bank details entered at checkout. These are collected and processed by Glofox and its payment processors, not stored by us (see Section 4).
• Health and fitness information: if you choose to tell us about injuries, pregnancy, postpartum status, medical conditions or fitness goals (for example on a waiver, intake form or in conversation with a coach), we use it only to keep you safe and tailor your training.
• Communications: messages you send us by email, phone, text or social media, and your marketing preferences.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, referring website and approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address).
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files and pixels placed by us and by Google, Meta and Glofox. See Section 5 for details.

Information from third parties

• Advertising and social platforms: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok may share aggregated or campaign information about how people interact with our ads.
• Analytics providers: Google provides aggregated reports about how visitors use the Site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to run the studio, take bookings and payments, keep you safe in class, and tell people about BOOTIQUE. Specifically, we use it to:

• create and manage your account, memberships and class bookings;
• process payments, refunds and recurring billing;
• send booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist alerts and schedule changes by email, push notification or SMS;
• tailor training and offer modifications based on health information you choose to share;
• answer your questions and provide customer support;
• send newsletters, offers and event invitations where you have agreed to receive them;
• measure how the Site is used and improve its content and performance (Google Analytics);
• show you relevant BOOTIQUE ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure how those ads perform (Meta Pixel);
• prevent fraud, protect the security of our systems, and enforce our terms; and
• comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not use health information you share for advertising.

Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send class updates and offers by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Legal bases (visitors in the EU, UK or similar jurisdictions). Where these laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (bookings, memberships, payments); your consent (marketing emails and texts, analytics and advertising cookies, health information); our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site, answering enquiries); and legal obligation (tax and accounting records). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Bookings and payments through Glofox

All class bookings, memberships, payments, newsletter and waitlist sign-ups, and our BOOTIQUE Fit mobile app run on Glofox, a studio management platform operated by Zappy Limited d/b/a Glofox, part of ABC Fitness Solutions.

When you use the booking widget on our Site, the Glofox web portal (app.glofox.com) or our app, the information you enter goes directly to Glofox, which stores and processes it on our behalf as our service provider. We can see your profile, bookings, attendance and purchase history in our Glofox dashboard.

Payments. Card and bank details are entered into Glofox’s secure checkout and handled by Glofox and its payment processing partners. BOOTIQUE does not receive or store your full card number. ABC Fitness Solutions states that it is a Tier 1 PCI-DSS service provider (ABC Privacy and Legal Portal).

Your rights stay with us. Glofox processes your data under its own security obligations, but your privacy rights for data held in Glofox are owed to you by BOOTIQUE. Please contact us, not Glofox, to access, correct or delete that information.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies from three main providers: Google Analytics for site statistics, the Meta Pixel for advertising, and Glofox for bookings and payments. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser; a pixel is a tiny piece of code that sends information about your visit to the provider.

Google Analytics (analytics). Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they view, how long they stay, what device they use and how they found us. Google receives your IP address and assigns your browser a random identifier. We use these reports only in aggregate. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel (advertising). The Meta Pixel records actions such as page views, booking-page visits, sign-ups and purchases, and shares them with Meta Platforms, Inc. We use it to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show BOOTIQUE ads to people who have visited the Site or who resemble our members. Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can control ads in your Meta ad preferences.

Glofox (essential and functional). The booking widget on our Site and the Glofox portal at app.glofox.com use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your selections, complete checkout securely and prevent fraud. These are needed for booking and payment to work. Glofox’s booking pages may also fire our Meta Pixel and Google Analytics tags so we can measure bookings and purchases. See the Glofox Cookies Policy.

Embedded content. Some pages include YouTube videos and Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when you view or play this content.

Cookie names and durations are set by each provider and may change.

Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking Glofox cookies may stop booking and checkout from working. You can also opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and use the Google and Meta controls above. Where the law requires consent, analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the Site footer.

6. Sharing, international transfers and retention

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run BOOTIQUE, and when the law requires it.

• Glofox / ABC Fitness Solutions: booking, membership, payments, app, email and SMS messaging.
• Payment processors: used by Glofox to process card and bank payments.
• Google: website analytics and embedded videos and maps.
• Meta Platforms: advertising and ad measurement on Facebook and Instagram.
• Website hosting and IT providers: to host and maintain the Site.
• Professional advisers: accountants, lawyers and insurers, where needed.
• Authorities: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of BOOTIQUE, our members or others.
• Business transfers: if BOOTIQUE is sold, merged or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Sharing data with Meta through the Meta Pixel for targeted advertising may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state privacy laws. See Section 7 for how to opt out.

International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our providers may store data in the US, Ireland and other countries. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from your own. Where required, our providers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to stop marketing, by emailing helloglutes@bootiquefit.com. We will respond within 45 days (30 days for EU and UK residents) and may need to verify your identity first.

• Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any email, or update your preferences in your Glofox profile.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Account details: update your profile in the BOOTIQUE Fit app or Glofox portal.
• Cookies and ads: use your browser settings, our cookie banner, and the Google and Meta controls in Section 5.
• Targeted advertising: to opt out of us sharing data with Meta for targeted ads, email us with the subject “Opt out of targeted ads”. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.

Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states with privacy laws, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, such as to appeal a decision about your request or to complain to your data protection authority. You can use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children. The Site and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Members under 18 may train only with consent from a parent or guardian, who manages their booking details. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and our providers use encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links. The Site links to Instagram, TikTok, the App Store, Google Play and other sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify members by email or in the app.
