Arms, Chest, Back & Abs

Mondays + Wednesdays
Sculpt, define, and tighten from the waist up.
Start your week with Arms & Abs, targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders, and core with isolation sets and strength training that sculpts, not bulks.
Midweek, it’s Chest, Back & Abs, a power-building session that strengthens your posture, pulls in your waistline, and activates your upper body in new ways.

Tuesdays + Thursdays
Legs for days—and power to match.
Our lower-body strength classes pair StairMaster climbs with resistance-based training to target quads, hamstrings, calves, and glutes. Expect compound movements, progressive overload, and a serious burn that builds strong, sculpted legs.

Can beginners join any class?

Yes! Every BOOTIQUE class is beginner-friendly and scalable. Whether it’s your first time on a StairMaster or you’re just getting into strength training, our coaches will guide you with modifications and encouragement. You’ll never feel lost—we meet you where you are and help you build from there.

Each BOOTIQUE class is 50 minutes, combining low-impact StairMaster cardio with strength training for glutes, core, and total-body sculpting. It’s efficient, effective, and designed to maximize results without wasting time.

The StairMaster is a signature part of our cardio format—but we get it, it’s not for everyone. If you’re recovering from an injury or need an alternative, we’ll offer modifications to keep your workout effective and low-impact. Just let your coach know before class starts.

 Absolutely. Our classes are built to be adaptable. If you’re working with an injury, healing postpartum, or have any limitations, our coaches will offer safe, personalized modifications so you can move confidently and still get a great workout.

We recommend attending up to 5 classes per week to allow your body time to recover and rebuild. If you love consistency or want to train multiple times a week, our Unlimited or Founding Glutes memberships are ideal options for frequent sweat sessions and maximum results.
